These terms apply when you buy the 14-Day Yes Reflex Challenge (“the challenge”) or any of the individual tools from Žepič Domen s.p. What you get
A digital product: a welcome email and guide, 14 daily emails, a wrap-up email, and four downloadable PDFs (the No Scripts Pack, the Pause Card, the Guilt Tracker and the What Do I Actually Want? workbook). The four PDFs are also sold individually on our Individual tools page. Everything is delivered by email and in your account on this site. Nothing is shipped.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the sales page and at checkout. It is a one-time payment, with no subscription. We sell directly; payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are final. As a small business we are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged (DDV ni obračunan na podlagi 1. odstavka 94. člena ZDDV-1). You receive an order confirmation by email, and an invoice as required by Slovenian law.
Your licence
The challenge is for your personal use. Please don’t share, resell or post the emails or PDFs.
Not therapy
The challenge is educational. It is not therapy, counseling or medical advice, and it doesn’t replace them. Liability
We put real care into the challenge, but we can’t promise any particular result. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version in force when you bought applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
