Who we are
Žepič Domen s.p. (trading as Yes Reflex), Hladnikova ulica 19, 4294 Križe, Slovenia, is responsible for your personal data on this site (the “controller” under the EU GDPR). Contact: support@yesreflex.com.
What we collect and why
- Purchase and account data (first name, email, country, order details, and the IP address used at checkout) to process your order, create your account for downloads, issue invoices and meet tax rules. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and never reach us. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and our legal obligations.
- Your email address and name, to send the 14 challenge emails you bought, through our email provider Klaviyo. Legal basis: contract. If you also opted in to further emails at checkout, we send those too (legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw with the unsubscribe link at any time).
- Your replies to our emails, which we read and answer. If you send us feedback and agree that we can quote it, we only use it with your permission.
- Meta pixel, only if you click Accept in the cookie banner. It tells Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) that you visited and, if you buy, that you bought, so we can measure our ads. Legal basis: consent. You can change your choice with Cookie settings in the footer.
- Server logs (IP address, browser, time) kept by our host Hostinger for security, for a limited time. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure site.
Who else sees your data
Only the providers above: Stripe (payments), Klaviyo (email), Hostinger (hosting), e-računi (E-RAČUNI d.o.o., Slovenia; invoicing and bookkeeping), our accountant (accounting) and, with your consent, Meta. Some are based in the US; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax law requires (in Slovenia, up to 10 years). Your email address until the challenge ends, or until you unsubscribe if you opted in to more emails.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time: email support@yesreflex.com. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si) or the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies
We don’t use cookies for anything except the Meta pixel, and only after you accept. Your choice is stored in your browser so we don’t ask again.
