The “First Free Evening” guarantee
This guarantee applies to the 14-Day Yes Reflex Challenge. Do the challenge. If within 30 days you don’t have at least one evening back, one you’d have given away before, email us at support@yesreflex.com and you’ll get every cent back. No forms, no questions, no guilt trip.
How refunds work
- Email us within 30 days of your purchase, from the address you bought with, or include your order number.
- We refund the full price to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
- You don’t need to return anything. We just ask that you stop using the materials.
Individual tools
The tools sold on their own (the No Scripts Pack, the Pause Card, the Guilt Tracker and the What Do I Actually Want? workbook) are instant PDF downloads, so the 30-day “First Free Evening” guarantee doesn’t apply to them. If a file won’t open, is incomplete, or isn’t what the page described, email support@yesreflex.com within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll send a working file or refund you in full. If you buy a tool and then the challenge within 30 days, email us and we’ll refund the tool.
Your legal right of withdrawal (EU/UK)
Because the challenge is digital content delivered right away, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal ends when delivery starts, if you agreed to that at checkout. The 30-day guarantee for the challenge, and the file promise for the individual tools, come on top of that and apply to everyone.
